Sukiyaki

Ingredients:

  • A variety of vegetables such as: onions, garlic, carrots, red cabbage, snow peas, squash, green beans, bell peppers,  etc.
  • Water
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Mung bean noodles (bean thread noodles)
  • Rice

 

Cut up and sauté the vegetables.

 

Pour in liquid: (I usually double this)

3 c. water

˝ c. soy sauce

˝ c. sugar.

 

Add a package of noodles. (They are long skinny white noodles that become clear when they are cooked.)

 

Serve over rice.
